Pauline Pearsall Staging has been providing staging services in Berkeley, Piedmont and Oakland since 1995. We have been privileged to work with a number of the finest Realtors in this market, an experience which has taught us that stagers are an integral part of the sales team. Our role is to help each home look its very best for buyer appointments, open houses, and Internet photo tours... as long as the home is on the market.

We maintain a revolving inventory of thousands and thousands of pieces of furniture, including paintings, chairs, tables, beds, couches, vases, objects d'art, pillows, cushions and more. We are constantly updating and adding to our inventory, giving us the ability to stage a large number of homes at the same time, with no need to lease or rent from outside vendors.

Our trained and skillful crews are experienced at transforming homes of all styles and periods from 'home' to 'showcase'. We are often brought in to 'rescue' homes that have been on the market but haven't sold; our makeovers have resulted in quick sales in excess of the asking prices.
